Even more footage from Marc Webb’s upcoming “The Amazing Spider-Man”. This time, a full four-minute preview of what to expect in what’s likely to be the Summer’s next big blockbuster film (following closely on the heels of the success of “The Avengers”).

“The Amazing Spider-Man” is due in theaters on July 3.

Late pass on this video, which is promoting Rime and KC’s newest exhibit happening now at the Known Gallery in LA. The exhibit explores the art of casual doodling, and how artists break down creativity barriers. Catch it through May 19.

England-based artist, Word To Mother, showcases his newest collection, “Can’t Afford to be Broke”, at White Walls in San Francisco. According to the artist, the collection plays with the various interpretations of word “broke” (i.e. financially, emotionally, etc).

Building off of the recent success of Joss Whedon’s “The Avengers“, Chris Evans is set to return to the screen for the second movie, which is currently scheduled to hit theaters on April 4, 2014. One of the major debates moving forward, said Feige, is how the maintain semi-autonomous plot lines for each of the four Avengers in light of the crew-based movie already being released.

“As we go forward – particularly in ‘Iron Man 3′ – [there's] the notion of how singular the stories can become. ‘Iron Man 3′ is a very singular Tony Stark story. As is ‘Thor 2′,” he told CHUD about the upcoming next installments for the other Avengers cast members.

“Cap, who is stuck in the modern day with no friends or family, there will be some revelations of who is still alive from his days in World War II, but SHIELD and Nick Fury are kind of his confidants right now. So of all these movies, ‘Captain America 2′ will be most closely associated with Avengers,” Feige explained.

“The Avengers” has made headlines after its box office debut last week, shattering opening-weekend records by raking in more than $200 million in its first three days.

This week, Sydney, Australia’s The Sunday Telegraph reported that Sydney native RJ Williams has begun legal proceedings against American musician Madonna after she released a perfume baring a logo that appears to be similar to Williams’ trademarked “M” symbol.

“Friends from all over the world have been calling me upon seeing the Truth or Dare by Madonna campaign to express their disgust and support,” Williams told The Sunday Telegraph. Madonna’s Truth or Dare perfume line launched last month, and is brandished with a similar symbol to the one that Williams has been using for eight years to represent his art endeavor, The Massive Corporation, he says, and which he acquired a trademark for just a year ago.

“It’s about my integrity as an artist,” Williams explained. “I do not think it should be able to be used by a giant cosmetics company.”

According to the report, Williams has sent a legal notice to Madonna’s representatives, requesting that she discontinue use of the symbol, provide him with all profits made so far, and enter into a licence with him for future use of the trademark.

Is street art dying? Apparently, street artist Sever is of the mindset that it’s on the way out. This recent piece, which he completed in Detroit, shows a caricatures of a number of notable and respected street artists, such as Shepard Fairey, Futura, and KAWS, carrying a casket that bares the name “Street Art”.
