Our favorite female, Psalm One, just hooked up the third installment for the Woman At Work series. This time, it’s an album-length joint full of guest features. She got Del, BK-One, Mulatto Patriot and a couple of other homies involved this time. As always, it’s still for free, and definitely dope — so, don’t sleep.
Also, look for the corresponding blog post coming this week. Peace to Psalm as always.

From Uncommon Records:
In June, Short Fuze & Nasa released the epic LP “Lobotomy Music”. It’s gotten great reviews from across the net. Some even comparing it to Soundbombing 2 and many other classic releases. It’s heavy praise indeed across the board and we’re thankful for it. If you haven’t, check this album out. It’s available in our store, on Itunes and more.
Now, we present the highly requested Instrumental Version of Lobotomy Music, entirely made up of beats by Nasa. Grab it now, exclusively ONLY in our online store (available on Itunes and world wide August 17th).
Nasa is busy these days, yet another Instrumental project from him is going to be dropping in a few weeks called “The Iomega Years”. It will feature unreleased beats from each year of his producing career starting in 1999. Iomega Years will be released exclusively on Bandcamp as a “pay as you wish” release (aka FREE), so stay tuned for that.
As far as the rest of 2010 goes, Uncommon has a lot more planned including: Free* Remixes from 11:00A.M. due in August Transit from Kitchen Khemistry, you’ll hear a lot more about this, coming in the Fall. Dark Weapons (from Mars) from Adam Warlock Doomsday Device single from Short Fuze & Nasa (featuring some LP remixes and an exclusive non-LP track) More, trust us.

This instrumental album from UK producer Adam Bramwell’s alias Sourface came via an email that told me next to nothing & suggested I visit MySpace to find out more. According to that somehow not yet obsolete wasteland the Manchester, England native is a member of the Late Night Fruit duo, who “chose to blaze his own path”.

From Keon Supreme:
I put my HEART into this album and it reflects throughout it. At the end of the day this album was put forth so that we can all unite in changing the world. I want people to see how similar each and everyone of is because I feel once we all realize the fact that we are all pretty much the same we can all then possess some type of unity. In this album you hear my struggles with God, love, and many more topics. I hope that all of you take a good listen to this album and open you’re hearts and minds before you do. Thank you for all of your support. Thank you for you ears because the music is what counts. Thank you for your time because a lot of us don’t have any to spare now-a-days and you found time for me. I appreciate that. All of you help me MAKE SUPREME. Follow your dreams… Trust me, it feels amazing. Thanks again.

From Ill Poetic:
“So in continuance of “The World is Ours” Re-Release campaign that I’ve been working on for the Summer, I wanted to release the Instrumentals for this record as a free download. I realized 2 weeks ago that I’ve never even actually made an instrumental version of this record for myself. So I had the pleasure of digging through the original files for this album and getting nostalgic at all the recording sessions. There are even a couple added instruments here and there this time around, since I got to dig fully back into each songs format.I’m doing all this as a way of preparing for a huge run of projects that I’m in the midst of wrapping up now (including the follow-up to this record). So I promise I’m not stuck in the past, Just catching the past up to the present so i can work on the future. Hope y’all enjoy it. Hope some emcees catch some writing inspiration. Hope some people catch some riding inspiration.Enjoy and Thanks again for all the support. The blogs, the comments, the shows, the fans (friends). Thank You
