Atmosphere ‘The Family Sign’ Tracklist and Cover Art Announced
The Minneapolis hip hop duo have revealed further details on their pending album.
Slug and Ant revealed today the tracklist and cover art for Atmosphere’s seventh studio album, The Family Sign.
Just a few weeks after the initial announcement of the album’s release, Rhymesayers revealed today the track list for Atmosphere’s forthcoming album, The Family Sign. Clocking in at 14 tracks, the record is slated for no guest appearances outside of Slug, Ant and various musicians who contributed instrumental assistance.
The Minnesota-based label is calling The Family Sign, “Atmosphere’s most personal and intimate album yet,” saying, “Slug’s signature voice weaves in and out of Ant’s ASR-born production, Nate Collis’ bluesy guitar riffs and the sound of Erick Anderson’s unmistakable keys giving The Family Sign a fresh, unique edge without sacrificing Atmosphere’s signature sound.”
The Family Sign is set to be released on April 12 on the Rhymesayers imprint.
