Get Busy Committee Will ‘Load’ New “Uzi” on USB

Get Busy Committee members will be releasing their debut (as a group) album Uzi Does It on October 27 making it
available both as a CD and in an Uzi-shaped USB flash-drive (pictured). The design of the drive has been revealed, displaying the actual drive as the “clip” of the gun-shaped peripheral. No word yet on what exactly will be included with the USB version or the price difference between the two formats. More information to follow.
Two parts DemiGodz (Apathy & Ryu[see also: Fort Minor, Styles of Beyond]) plus one part Scoop DeVille (son of Kid Frost), Get Busy Committee may well become the next super-group among underground heads. With the first official leak, “My Little Razorblade”, on their MySpace page listeners can see what’s in store: in-your-face, rapid-fire lyricism full of wordplay delivered smoothly over hard-hitting drums and hits.
You can listen to more snippets from the album on their official webpage and join the discussion that’s started on their Facebook fan page.
