Uzi Does It Now Available in Various Formats
Get Busy Committee (Ryu, Apathy, Scoop Deville) has officially released their debut album, Uzi Does It in various formats. Physical discs will not ship until November 10 and the highly-publicized Uzi-shaped USB format won’t be ready until December but they are offering digital copies and various package deals including an option to receive half of the album for free.
The group has used many instances of new marketing tactics as well as distribution methods with the introduction of this album. In addition to the themed USB drives, GBC has also offered fans an unprecedented number of opportunities to get direct access to singles released from the trio. Get Busy Committee’s debut album is being released via Tokyo Sex Whale Records, a label crafted specifically by Ryu and Apathy to tailor to their specific sound. Apathy also released his solo sophomore album, Wanna Snuggle? on a similar “non-label” created by himself and Celph Titled for both solo and group efforts by members of the DemiGodz collective.
