QN5 Announces Ticket Sales For 2011 Megashow in New York
Tonedeff’s venerable imprint drops ticketing information for this year’s full-roster event.
QN5, the NYC-based label headed by rapper and producer Tonedeff, announced today via their website that tickets are on sale for the 2011 installment of their annual Megashow, which has been tagged this year with the subtitle, “Evolution”.
Serving as likely the only time in any given year that fans will have the chance to catch the entirety of the QN5 roster — which includes acts such as PackFM, CunninLynguists, Kokayi and more — sharing a stage together, the event has been well-received by fans of the label and its artists.
The running theme for the event will be the “evolution” of the imprint, who is currently amidst a celebration for their 11th year in existence. “2011’s Megashow marks a pivotal turning for us, as we celebrate a decade-plus of musical independence and multiple critically acclaimed releases,” reads QN5′s official website about the event. “Eschewing the traditional ‘one by one’ line-up of previous years, the collective will be performing a ‘history of QN5’ in a collaborative format – year by year – that reaches for a peek into the future as well.”
The QN5 Megashow is scheduled for August 19 at the Highline Ballroom in New York City. Each of the label’s artists (Tonedeff, CunninLynguists, PackFM, Substantial, Mr. SOS and Kokayi) will be featured in the performance.
QN5 fans are encouraged to purchase tickets and plan their pilgrimage to NYC for this year’s show on the QN5 website.
Tickets for this event are available now through TicketWeb.
