Mac Lethal Releases Single from ‘Irish Pimp/Stylish Limp’ Mixtape
Uncle Mac reveals the first permanent track from his upcoming release.
After numerous temporary leaks (that were later removed from his SoundCloud account), this weekend Mac Lethal released the first track from his Irish Pimp/Stylish Limp mixtape, saying he’s, “going to keep it up for good.”
“Perhaps the best song I’ve done in the past few year,” wrote the Kansas City MC on his Facebook page along with a link to his newest track. “This made me cry when I recorded it.”
The new track, “Happy To Be Living”, has a title that reflects the general premise of the song. Mac begins by saying that he woke up at 5:30 on Sunday morning with this song in his head. “Ayo I’m livin, happy to be lucky, inchin, closer to my goals, there’s better grub up in my kitchen,” raps the Black Clover founder, “baby listen, i’m lucky to be happy.”
Mac Lethal has released a series of tracks recently to fans on his Facebook page, but almost all of them have been subsequently taken down. He calls them previews for his fans.
A release date for Irish Pimp/Stylish Limp is still unknown at this time.
