Atlanta Rapper Señor Kaos Readies New Album, ‘The Kaos Effect’
The long-standing Atlanta MC readies the release of his highly-anticipated new album.
Señor Kaos announced last week that after a long wait, his newest LP, The Kaos Effect, is finally completed. He said on his site that the album will drop officially this week.
“The Kaos Effect album is a snap shot of my life from the years 2000 through 2010,” said Kaos in a statement released on his site. “Throughout the listeners journey you will hear stories about my [trials] and tribulations of becoming an artist, quitting my job to follow my passion, starting my own company, making money, losing money, traveling the world, getting evicted, and dealing with the death of a fellow solider and friend,” he explained.
The album will be helmed in its entirety by fellow ATLien, producer Illastrate, who has worked with a number of notable artists including Tiye Phoenix, Akir and J-Live. In addition, The Kaos Effect, boasts numerous guest appearances from artists such as Fresh Daily and J-Live.
Señor Kaos’ The Kaos Effect is due out on November 11 via High Water Music. Stream the album’s first single, “It’s Like That” below, and check out the album’s full tracklisting.
