aboveGround Magazine Sponsors Mystik Journeymen Show

feb19thfront aboveGround Magazine is proud to announce that we will be sponsoring the Mystik Journeymen show in Austin, TX on February 19.

In celebration of the release of Return to Eternia, the first album from the Journeymen since 2002, Luckyiam and Sunspot Jonz (also of Living Legends) will perform live at The Independent located at 501 North I-35 on 5th and Brushy in Austin. Doors open at 9PM.

Also performing at the show will be local hip-hop artists Blacklisted Individuals and MSG crew, with the whole event hosted by Riddlore. aboveGround will be co-sponsoring this event with local record store, Backspin Records, located at 4631 Airport Blvd.

In addition to the live performance, the show will also mark the debut of PayPerViewHipHop.com, where the entire event will be streamed live in HD. PPVHH will continue to stream at least one show per month, hoping to expand to other genres in the future.
