Crooked I to Play Show in Seattle
Crooked I of Slaughterhouse, a recent addition to Shady/Interscope Records, has scheduled a show in Seattle on April 3rd.
Slaughterhouse was added to Shady alongside Yelawolf, the up-and-coming Alabama emcee. As Eminem explained in the March 2011 issue of XXL, “Slaughterhouse, it’s kinda phase two of Shady. The new generation of Shady Records. And as we’re trying to rebuild our label. But it’s exciting for hip-hop because everyone in the group is a solo artist, and it’s, like, all these forces coming together to make a record together, with all of everybody’s ideas and shit, like that, and what everybody’s capable of on the mic, it’s gonna be fun.”
With Slim Shady behind Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf, 2011 will be a big year. Make sure to get tickets for April 3rd at Nectar Lounge, as Crooked I is joined by Jay Barz, AD, and Havi Blaze, to start off the beginning of a new era under the Shady flagship. Tickets are available at www.brownpapertickets.com.
