M.anifest today sent out a new track “More Vim” & footage from his trip back to Ghana, read on for his update:

Greetings Folks,

Still in Ghana battling power cuts, walking dusty roads and defying 3rd world traffic. Here’s a nicely cooked video from director Justin Schell recapping  our 2nd week adventures here filming the documentary “we rock long distance.” The footage includes shots of performances, studio work, and fontomfrom drummers at a traditional chief’s court in Akwapim Mampong, hilly town in Ghana.

I’ll also be featured in the artist spotlight on MTV’s “Seven” at 5pm Eastern time (10pm GMT). Same show will also have a performance from Rihanna. To commemorate my premier appearance on MTV I’m liberating a new song, “more vim,” produced by DJ Juls from Ghana.
